Welcome to the online shop operated by Daily Wear (“we”, “us”, “our”). This website lets you browse our collection, place orders for delivery in Ghana, pay securely where available, and manage your account. By creating an account, signing in, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Who we are
Daily Wear is a retail boutique. Through this website you can view products, read about our shop, contact us, and—when online ordering is enabled—buy items for delivery. Our physical shop location and contact details are listed on the Contact page (GQ-347-7259, [UNKNOWN] [NEAR] Worship Curve, East Airport, East Airport, Tema West, Greater Accra).
2. Your account
- You may register with your name, email, password, and optional Ghana phone number. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. - You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, fraudulent, or abusive. - Under My account you can update your profile, save a delivery address, view order history, download invoices, and track delivery status where available.
3. Browsing, favourites, and enquiries
You can browse the shop, add items to your cart, save favourites, and send product or general enquiries through our contact and inquiry forms. Enquiries do not guarantee availability or reservation until we confirm with you.
4. Orders and payment
- When you checkout, you confirm the items, quantities, prices, and delivery details shown. Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise. - Stock: Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to adjust or cancel the affected part of your order. - Pay online (Paystack): You may pay with debit/credit card or mobile money (e.g. MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) via Paystack. Payment is processed by Paystack; we do not store your full card or mobile-money PIN. When payment succeeds, your order is recorded and you can view your invoice under My account → Orders. - Cash on delivery: Where offered, you agree to pay the stated total in cash when the order is delivered.
5. Delivery in Ghana
We deliver within Ghana. You should provide a clear delivery address and, where possible, a valid GhanaPost GPS digital address so we can find your location. Delivery times and any fees are communicated at checkout or by our team after you order.
You are responsible for providing correct contact phone and address details. We are not liable for failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete information you supplied.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via the phone number or address on our Contact page. Whether a cancellation, return, or refund is accepted depends on whether the order has been processed or dispatched and on the nature of the product (e.g. hygiene or custom items).
Approved refunds for online payments will be handled according to our policies and Paystack or bank processing times. Cash-on-delivery orders are settled in person as agreed with our staff.
7. Invoices and records
After purchase you may download or share a PDF invoice/receipt from your order details. Invoice numbers (e.g. sale references) help us locate your order if you contact us.
8. Your information and privacy
We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, delivery address, GhanaPost location, order notes, and payment status from Paystack) to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Location data is used only to help with delivery addressing when you choose to share it. Messages sent through contact or inquiry forms may be stored so we can respond.
9. Website use
- Do not misuse the site (hacking, scraping, spam, or unlawful activity). - Product images and content belong to Daily Wear or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. - We may update the website, prices, and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep information on the website accurate, but errors may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where Ghanaian law requires otherwise.
11. Staff system (separate)
Our team uses a separate staff login for inventory, sales, and administration. Those tools are not part of your customer account. If you received staff login details by mistake, do not use them—contact us instead.
